Mr. Kangalu is an Advocate of the High Court and the Subordinate Courts thereto. He is as well a committed member of the Tanganyika Law Society and East Africa Law Society and co-founding partner of Lawmark Attorneys at Law. 

Mr. Kangalu is a committed Corporate Attorney uniquely skilled and experienced in providing informed advice in all matters of Tax and Corporate Compliance. As such, he works to ensure effective and efficient legal process and compliance both in company/organization establishment and existence as well as Tax Compliance 

Mr. Kangalu is an energetic, resolute, self-motivated, and industrious attorney whose solid academic background and communication approach make him well equipped with the necessary skills for corporate and tax law matters. He brings to the Firm his unique expertise in corporate law and unassailable skills in regulatory legal frameworks. He also brings to the Firm specialized services covering the Oil and Gas Sector. He brings also advanced knowledge and practical aspects to the Firm in dealing with beneficial ownership aspects in the laws of Tanzania. 

Mr. Kangalu has worked with FK Law Chambers and Lawhill & Co. Advocates as a Legal Intern, Aga Khan Health Service, Tanzania as Legal Officer, and HLB Mekonsult Limited as a Legal Advisor before co-founding Lawmark Attorneys. He has worked and participated in ensuring Corporate Compliance and the related Tax concerns and compliance with organizations like Vodacom Tanzania (PLC), Rak Gas Tanzania Limited, Rak Gas Zanzibar Limited, Antrim Resources Limited, Be Consulting Limited, Bexgroup Tanzania Limited, TLS Contact Limited, and Pramukh Switchgears Tanzania Limited.
