Mr. Karangi Joel Karangi

LL.B (Hons) (UDSM), PGDLP (Law School of Tanzania) 

Mr. Karangi is an Advocate of the High Court and the Subordinate Courts thereto and a member of Tanganyika Law Society. He is a co-founding partner of Lawmark Attorneys at Law. Mr. Karangi is a committed conveyancer, mediator, as well as civil and criminal litigant. He is outspoken about his exceptional ability in handling cases and clients. He is timely updating clients on matters assigned and the status of court cases. His practicing background is colored with handling civil litigation in the High Court of Tanzania Main Registry, Labour Division, Land Division, Commercial Division, the Resident Magistrates Court of Dar es Salaam at Kisutu, Commission for Mediation and Arbitration (CMA), District Land and Housing Tribunal and Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA). 

Mr. Karangi brings to the Firm innovative practicing skills which collectively make it outstanding in Tanzania. 

Mr. Karangi has previously worked at Locus Attorneys as a practicing civil litigant, at Aga Khan Health Service, Tanzania as a Legal Officer, and at Leo Attorneys as a Legal Officer. In diverse times, Mr. Karangi has been a State Attorney Trainee at the National Prosecution Service (NPS) Dar es Salaam Region and the Office of Solicitor General of the United Republic of Tanzania at the Headquarters. Further, Mr. Karangi brings to the Firm international exposure and public-private service delivery based on his vast interactions and leadership exchange with several countries and institutions.
