Mr. Constantine Mapunda

Constantine Joachim Mapunda is a senior, experienced, and Registered Tax Consultant with Tanzania Revenue Authority and a holder of a Bachelor degree of Science in Taxation. Mr. Mapunda is currently completing his CPA studies with the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) at an intermediate level. In the course of his career path, Mr. Mapunda has practiced tax audit and accounting services which have equipped him with immense ability to generate and implement effective tax accounting procedures, proper tax planning to minimize tax overpayment, mitigate revenue authorities’ tax liability due to audits and examinations, and able to evaluate tax accounting systems for tax efficiency. He is proficient in providing tax training, having attended various training from covering all domestic to international taxations mechanisms. 

Mr. Mapunda is currently working with Lawmark Attorneys, serving the position of a Tax Consultant. He has so far served several clients from different industries including No-for-Profit, Energy and Gas, Agricultural, Telecommunication and IT, Banking and Financial, Consumables and Logistics, and others. His services have ranged from providing direct tax compliance and consulting services spinning from the tax health check, VAT refunds,corporate taxes, filing of VAT returns, filing of Directors returns, employees tax mobility, post-clearance audit, dealing with the TRA audits and examinations, transfer pricing documentation to tax planning, tax advisory services, tax accounting, and related matters.
